Exercise: Each person designs their own persona, trials it on a real task and adjusts the instructions.
Working with documents
- Uploading policies, reports and plans safely.
- Asking effective questions of long documents.
- Turning documents into summaries, FAQs, checklists and draft briefings.
Exercise: Each person uploads a document from their role and creates at least three useful outputs.
