A practical ChatGPT programme for real work

ChatGPT For Teams is designed for people who do not live in technical roles, but who write a lot of emails, reports, policies or event communications and want to use AI as a safe, sensible helper rather than a mysterious black box.

Across four live sessions, participants learn how to use ChatGPT as a practical tool for communication and document work, with a strong emphasis on safe use, clear prompts and realistic expectations.

Every exercise uses examples drawn from your organisation, so the learning connects directly to the work people are doing day to day.

Key outcomes for participants

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to use ChatGPT with more confidence, clarity and judgment in their day to day work.

  • Explain what ChatGPT is and what it can and cannot do.
  • Write clear prompts that give useful and reliable outputs.
  • Adapt messages for different audiences such as parents, volunteers, staff and partners.
  • Create a role specific AI expert they can reuse for their own job.
  • Upload policies, reports and plans, then turn them into summaries, checklists, FAQs or draft communications.

Working with documents

  • Uploading policies, reports and plans safely.
